Remember the Korean drama 'Descendants of the Sun' that gained a good review from the viewers this 2018? Which Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo. GMA-7 is set to air its own adaption.
According to Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), it was confirmed by GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment Lilybeth Rasonable during an interview.
Rasonable told PEP, "Yes, we bought it and like My Love From The Star, we're going to do an adaptation."
Rasonable said that the cast members are yet to be decided.
There are rumors circulating regarding Alden Richards to be playing the lead role of Captain Yoo Si-jin, portrayed by Korean actor Song Joong-ki.
Rasonable answered "Well, I'm not saying that hindi pwede kay Alden kasi sa totoo lang, bagay na bagay din siya.
Kung siya, I'll be very happy. But now, wala pang cast."
It is clear that as of now the actors aren't set yet.
