These guys helped a homeless guy named Mark. According to them, Mark fell down from a tricycle that he had hitched on so these guys offered to give him a bath and gave him new clothes.

Last night, I and my friends met a homeless guy named MARK JOSEPH SOBINSKY. When we met him, he was so dirty, had a lot of bruises, wounds on his back, had a swollen right hand and right foot.

He said that he fell down from a tricycle that he had hitched on So, I and my friends offered to give him a bath and gave him new clothes. He said that he was from FLORIDA BLANCA GUTAD RIVERSIDE.
So if you know this guy, please help him. He is missing. He is currently in Angeles City
