Buko Vendor In Viral Video Got Arrested Instead Of The MMDA Officers

Recently, a video of a buko vendor and some MMDA went viral because it can be seen that the MMDA authorities went overboard and ganged up on the buko vendor.

Which lead the buko vendor to submit a complaint to Raffy Tulfo. Everything was going well and Sir Raffy is ready to help him to find the justice he deserved.

But later on there is a sudden twist on what's happening because the buko vendor turned out to be a wanted fugitive and he made a serious crime.

You can see in the video that everything was going well at around 7:44 - 22:36 of the video the issue should have been resumed in the next day but at 1:33:29 - 1:44:00 of the video Raffy said that the MMDA came to their station to have a chance to talk to the buko vendor but  the buko vendor didn't know that the supposed MMDA's are actually Police Officer's.
