Venice's Famous Canal Dried Out Because Of 'Super Blue Blood Moon'

One of the famous places in Italy is the Venice because of it's beautiful canal. The public transport there are provided by water buses and private water taxis. Also, many tourists explore the canals via Venice's famous gondolas for a romantic ride or family/friend bondings.

But have you ever imagined that if the water dried out from the canals? It might seem impossible but it actually happened. Due to cold winter weather combined with a low tide caused by the 'super blood moon' and having only a few drops of rain have caused the canals to dry.
In Maine (U.S.) low tide occurs roughly at moonrise and high tide with a high moon, corresponding to the simple gravity model of two tidal bulges; at most places, however, moon and tides have a phase shift. -[wikipedia]
On the photo's provided below you can see the Venice's canals have dried out and the gondolas are parked on drylands.

In the year 2016 the water levels on the Venice canal have fallen by 66cm. while in 2008 and 1989 levels dropped by 90cm.

Since the year 1951, the Venice's population have dropped continuously from 175,000 to around 55,000 and there are things that could be blamed like the high prices caused by the tourist boom, the logistics of supplying a carless city and the erosion of canal-side apartment buildings by lapping waters. Also, most of the time the basements and the ground floors in much of Venice are flooded from time to time when the 'acqua alta' (high water) phenomenon occurs which forces the residents and visitors alike to don high rubber boots and use raised walkways.
