Einar Ambakk is a reindeer hunter and during one of his hunt, he found an old weapon stuck between rocks and when he pulled it he realized that it was an old sword.
Its nothing like the legendary Excalibur but it is a very old well preserved 1,100-year-old Viking sword it has no superpowers but still a historical find.
You might be wondering how it survived that long the experts say that the sword was likely preserved by the cold conditions, high altitude and the quality of the metal used in its construction.
An archaeologist for Oppland County Council estimated that the sword is dating back from the period between 850 and 950 AD.
With the great find a major search in the area was done but despite with their efforts, no further items have been discovered.
