Empoy Marquez since then was famous because of his funny and wacky antics that made him famous in the comedy field of the entertainment industry.
The 36-year-old actor has another lead role in a movie entitled "The Barker (Don't know What To Do)" with young actress Shy Carlos.
The upcoming comedy film is produced by Viva film un the direction of veteran comedian Dennis Padilla.
The movie follows Empoy's box office hit "Kita-Kita" opposite Alessandra de Rossi, which is now regarded as the highest grossing Filipino indie film of all time.
Recently, ABS-CBN introduced Shy carlos as the new leading lady of Empoy Marquez for his new film entitled "The Barker".
The 22-year-old actress was very happy to work with comedian actor Empoy Marquez. She also joked that fans could expect her kissing scene with "kita-kita" star.
"Sobrang saya ko na nakatrabaho ko siya ulit kasi nakatrabaho ko na siya before and ang saya makita na box office king na siya. I'm very happy for him!", she said.
Meanwhile, so many fans are now excited to upcoming film "The Barker" on October 25, 2017.
