The famous comedian "atak" was arrested after he allegedly tried to kiss a male employee of Okada Manila on Sunday afternoon in Parañaque City.
According to a report from Manila Bulletin, the incident occurred when Macavinta assisted the comedian to his room around 2:40 in the afternoon on Sunday.
After that, the comedian allegedly closed the door and accordingly started hugging and kissing the victim but the victim struggled and was able to escape after pushing the comedian.
The victim ran out of the room and reported the incident to the hotel's security officers until the suspect was arrested.
According to report, Macavinta filed a case of acts of lasciviousness against to the comedian.
