'Lalakeng nagpanggap na pulis' An Alleged Modus Operandi Where A Guy Pretend To Be A Police Officer

A few hours ago a video of an alleged thief pretending to be a Police officer quickly went viral via social media.

According to Facebook user Ann who uploaded the video of an alleged 'modus' she said that this is a new 'modus operandi' where a guy will pretend to be a police officer and will ask to borrow a person's mobile phone and use it to video their entrapment (operation). Let's read her full post.
