Matapos maglabasan ang mga di umano nabiktima ni Mr. Billboard Guy a.k.a Young CEO a.k.a Chairman Stark, naglabas na ng pahayag si XIAN GAZA sa mga paratang sa kanya. Mula sa Haiyan Shirt Project, hanggang sa isang totoong young businessman na si Ryan Salcedo Tañada at sa nanay ni Ella Cruz. Pati na rin ang paratang na isa siyang STALKER. The Haiyan Shirt Project was a legitimate project that I spearheaded last 2015 in Quezon City and Davao City. It didn't pushed through because the funding that was promised to me ay hindi po dumating at napako. Ang mukha ko ang nakasangkalan sa lahat-lahat ng taong involved sa project. I personally shelled out 300K Pesos for the initial capitalization to run the project but it didn't materialize at all and sinalo ko lahat ng burden at kahihiyan. The initial 2000 pieces of tee shirts that was produced in Davao City ay hindi naibenta and end up being distributed to different charitable institutions and Christmas charity programs. Wala akong kinita maski ni isang kusing and even lost 300K Pesos on that project plus the burden of paying 10K Pesos every month until now to the company that I partnered with to produced the 2000 Haiyan Shirts in Davao City.

With regards to Mr. Ryan Salcedo Tañada, yes I received the 200K Pesos from him via Western Union last November 2016 as a downpayment for a particular event in Qatar under his executive production. Without the knowledge of Mr. Tañada, the 200K Pesos was diverted to the operation expenses backlogs of Gazera Media na company namin ni Mr. Walter De Vera who is the founder of Filipino Vines community. I partnered with Mr. De Vera last March 2016 on a 50-50 ownership sharing, me as the pure financial partner while him as the industrial partner. From March 2016 to December 2016, I shelled out a total of 1.7 Million Pesos as initial capitalization for the Makati office plus the total operation expenses for 8 consecutive months. I was financially bleeding to Gazera Media/Filipino Vines for 8 months with no returns at all pero walang pagkakamali si Mr. De Vera dahil given our partnership, the financial side is purely my obligation but didn't foresee na ganoon ang kalalabasan and indeed was a very bad investment for me. I stopped shelling funds to the company to stop my bleeding dahil wala na akong nakikitang kalalabasan na maganda on the aspect of profit generation and declared bankruptcy to Mr. De Vera last December 2016. We separate ways with no formal closure up to this day.

With regards to Madam Jessica Cruz, yes the Toyota Fortuner transaction that we had last December with Mr. Thristan Cruz is true. Nagkasarado kami sa halagang 650K on a 2-gives term. I personally pressured myself to take it dahil gusto ko silang i-impress kahit wala naman akong paggagamitan ng unit at wala ring siguradong buyer. When I found out that the unit is roughly 500K-550K ang market value at luging-lugi ako, there I decided not to fund it anymore and nagkasundo nalang na magsolian ng unit and so with my downpayment. We just came up ni Mr. Cruz last January 2017 na mag-danyos perwisyos ako ng 50K Pesos taking it from my downpayment para sa 3 weeks time na perwisyong nadulot ko sa kanila.

Lastly, hindi po ako isang stalker ni Ella Cruz na nabalita sa Inquirer at pep.ph.
Kapag may pagkakamali po ako ay inaamin ko sa lahat at hindi ko itinatago and as a matter of fact, my life is an open book to the public. Yes alam ko marami po akong pagkakamali at maling desisyon sa aking nakaraan na kinapupulutan ng aral ng karamihan at aminadong-aminado po ako sa lahat ng iyon. Hindi po ako masamang tao. I'm just a perfectly imperfect person with a past full of flaws. Huwag niyo naman po sana pagtulung-tulungang yurakan ang pagkatao ko sa mata ng publiko. Ang tanging hangad ko lang po ay kape with Erich with no hidden personal agenda at all. Hindi ko naman po aakalaing magiging national at international news ang billboard effort ko para umabot po sa ganito. I just wanna show her how much I like her and using this billboard effort to possibly create an initial friendship with her over coffee. Kung sa pananaw po ninyong lahat na mali po yung specific move ko na iyon ay hinihingi ko po ng tawad sa inyo. Malinis na malinis po ang konsensya at intensyon ko at hindi ko akalaing aabot lahat sa ganito.

Puno man po ng pagkakamali ang nakaraan ko pero isa po akong mabuting tao. Huwag niyo naman po sanang pagtulung-tulungang yurakan ang pagkatao ko sa lahat ng aspeto at mahusgahan ng masamang tao ng publiko.
