Masako Mizutani The 'Lady Of Eternal Youth' Shared Her Secret About Her Youthful Look

Japan's 'Youthful Pageant' winner Masako Mizutani who earned the nickname 'Japan's Lady of Eternal Youth'. Many people who saw her thought that she is around 20 years-old but when they found out her true age they got shocked. She is actually born in 1968 which makes her 50 years old.

Back in the year 2015, she was crowned as the winner for Japan's 'Youthful Pageant' and when her photos uploaded online which then immediately went viral.

According to reports ever since she won the pageant she has been receiving 'love' calls from modeling industries.

She then shared her secret on how she managed to maintain her youthful look. She revealed that she follows a strict diet, she avoided alcohol and tobacco, she limits her exposure to the sun, and she spent her 5 hours every day on her skin and body.

On her Facebook page, she revealed that keeping your body fit can also help people to look younger.

“One should do regular workouts and should keep the body and mind active to stay young. One should have enough of sleep and stay away from smoking,” she says.

“Eating [the] right food, [such] as fruits, milk, nuts, and vegetables are the best way to feed the skin.

“But one should follow a definite skin care routine to keep the skin young and healthy as it is affected by outside factors as dust, dirt, and pollution too.”

Drinking lots of water also took part in her secret because drinking lots of water and fluids are needed to wash out toxins.

“One should always apply vitamin E based cream or lotions all over the body to keep the skin soft and supple.”
