Solenn Heussaff Shares Her Secret To Have A Big Buttock



Solenn Heussaff is a VJ, fashion designer, actress, and a TV host. Before she got into showbiz, she was a model and an endorser of several products of several international brands.

Solenn once stated on her blog that she doesn't have much of a butt.

But in her website, she shares her daily exercise routine. She also noted that "proof that if you work hard enough, you can get what you want."

A few months ago, she talked about being a subject into a body shaming comments. She advised that the best way to handle this unsolicited critiques is to "just smile and walk away."

"Trust me, you are so much happier than they are and that already makes you the better person," she added.

Anyway, before and after doing these suggested exercises, try to do a bit of cardio like a 3-km run. Then, for the actual moves you have to do, do each one for as many times as you can for 30 seconds:

Bicycle Crunches
Backward Lunges + Squats (Left and Right)
Seated Hip Thrusts

If it gets tiring, don’t worry, because you can take a 1 minute break between each exercise. Do 3 rounds of everything, which will take about 15 minutes. Quick lang, right?
