Joseph Emmanuel Bascon is Joem Bascon of Philippine Cinema. Born August 29, 1986, in Manila, Philippines, Joem is a Filipino actor and model. He has been a Star Magic artist since 2006. His resemblance to actors Piolo Pascual and Sam Milby had been noticed by many. To this, Joem said he is flattered by the comparison but is doing his best to make his own identity in the showbiz industry.

Joem finished secondary school in 2003 at Don Bosco Technical College in Mandaluyong City, a special institution for kids.
