Lovi Poe Defends Heart Evangelista Against Her Bashers Calling Her 'Baog'
Lovi and Heart are known to be BFFs for many years now. In the Philippines, being 'baog' means you're incapable of conceiving. And there are several factors to consider why a person is 'baog' and we shouldn't take it against them.

Being accused or called 'baog' could hurt one's feeling, big time especially for women. That's why Lovi Poe, couldn't help but defend her friend Heart Evangelista who has been pester by bashers calling her infertile or 'baog'.

In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal published on February 15, 2018, Lovi said the following after being asked about her thoughts on Heart’s bashers. “Oh, I have nothing but love for Heart and she’s an amazing human being.”
“I don’t think it’s fair for any woman to get bashed for like, not choosing to have a baby just yet.”

Lovi strongly believes that every one has the right to decided when to have or not to have a child of their own. “Kasi choice rin naman ng tao. You know, when someone is prepared or not. Yung sariling tao ang makakaalam kung prepared siya o hindi", said Lovi.
She added, “You know what, let this girl be.”

The 'baog' issue started when a username @kaynegh posted the following and even tagged Heart’s account: “@iamhearte baog baog baog baog baog baog baog baog baog.”
Heart responded to the hurtful and insensitive post:
“This account is a classic example of the many accounts created to basically hurt me and my family. Its been happening for almost 6 years now after an incident where I was locked in a room and told that ‘this’ would happen to me if I told anyone anything.”
