Mark Estephan or better known as Sabel Gonzales is now back to his real name Mark Estephen.
According to report, the former Super Sireyna is never underwent gender reassignment surgery.
Sabel is best known for winning Eat Bulaga's Segment Super Sireyna in 2014.
He also represented the Philippines in the Miss International Queen 2017 in Pattaya, Thailand.
Despite he did not win the competition, he was still able to enter the top 10.
Recently, Sabel Gonzales took to social media to reveals how God changed his life from living as a transgender woman to now living as a man.
In her Facebook post, the former Super Sireyna said that only God can change him and that he has found "real freedom, love, equality, respect, and acceptance."
"It’s 2018, and I found my true happiness in life from Our Lord Jesus Christ. only God can change to you and to me .. so accept and follow Jesus now as our savior and repent from our sins. He is the only way , the truth and the life to be with the Father and to be in heaven."
"I am free and I found my real FREEDOM, LOVE, EQUALITY, RESPECT , and ACCEPTANCE for being who I am and what I am because of JESUS!!"
