According to rumored news, the Police officer 1 is from Zambales and Police officer 2 is from Nueva Ecija who are 5 months and 4 months pregnant.
However, in the report from PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal, the veteran actor denied the allegation and indicated that it was "Fake News".
"Actually, si Miss Clau (Claudine Barretto) and nagbanggit sa akin na, "Uy, nasa news ka. I-check mo," he said.
The actor also said, "Wala po talagang nangyari. Hindi totoo. Nagawan lang ng isyu, nagawan lang ng kuwento."
He added, "Sana po totoo, pero hindi po totoo. Ang gaganda po, e. Ang gaganda po nila. They're not even my acquaintance. It's not true. They were beautiful."
Fernandez was released on December 22, 2017 after the judge trashed the complaint against him.
