When most people think of chickens, they often imagine the times when they’re outside clucking, or tending to their newly laid eggs, but some chickens do things that are so incredible and amazing that it's just unexplainable.  

This story started out as a farmer who thought his chicken had laid an egg. When he looked under this hen to find the daily eggs, he was stunned to find something that he never expected to see before. 

His hen is not sitting on an egg, to the farmer's surprise, he saw an abandoned kitten under his hen.


The hen took the kitten under her wings to protect it. The farmer was touched to see that his hen did something wonderful.
