That's exactly what happened to Reddit user vsky he discovered his grandparents secret. User vsky and the rest of their family was just cleaning his grandmother's house and they stumble upon an old blue-colored safe and when they opened it they found out something interesting.
They had trouble opening it until they found a combination written on one of the rafters in the garage. Now for the big reveal.

Inside the old blue-colored safe are guns, paper bank notes, a sack of silver half dollars, and a deed to a property that vsky and his family didn't know about.
Finding something like this would really give you a shock especially from your grandparents safe it seems to be that they were up to no good or maybe not. I guess we will never know.
