First World War Unopened Cardboard Box Reveal Christmas Gift Sent By The Royal Family

You can find many fascinating things inside an auction and a collector found an unremarkable-looking box that is left untouched so he bought it in an auction but he didn't want to damage the box by opening it.

So he then decided to X-ray it so that it can reveal what's inside without damaging the box. The X-ray then revealed gift tins, with different kind of things like chocolate, cigarettes, and sweets.

The contents of the box were made during the first world war and then shipped off by the Royals to soldiers fighting in the trenches over the first Christmas of the war in the year 1914.

This is what it looks like inside the box. The scan shows Christmas card, sweets, and chocolate.

The said box will be opened for the first time by Lady Emma Kitchener the great-grandniece of military great Lord Kitchener, at the Chalke Valley History Festival.

The untouched box is still intact and the items inside are still intact it is quite impressive that the box and the items inside are intact because it has been 100 years.
