Panic Struck At SM Southmall When (3) Three Shots Were Heard And A Man Was Seen Bleeding On The Floor

Thousands of shoppers have been pictured running out of the mall and in panic after reports of a man been shot near the mall.

SM Supermalls Officials release their statement on their FB page says that the incident that happened was outside the said mall, which involved a male customer and is now on a hosipital. We still don't know the condition of the customer.

"There was an incident that happened, in the driveway outside the mall, involving a male customer. The customer was immediately attended to and taken to the nearby hospital accompanied by our emergency response team. The incident necessitated the temporary closure of that particular area to ensure the safety the people in the vicinity. Our security, together with the local PNP, has already declared the mall safe to be re-opened. The Mall is back to normal operations. A joint investigation with the PNP is currently ongoing." SM Supermalls Official Statement.
