Employees Being Forced To Drink Water From The Toilet Because of Their Poor Performance

What’s the worst punishment that you received at work for not performing your job? Perhaps, being suspended to go to work without pay is the worst that you could imagine; it’s like losing your job and the dignity you have to face the same job again.

But one company from China has a totally gross and inhumane way of punishing their underperforming workers.

A horrifying video of a photography company’s punishment for less performing employees has gone viral online after it was leaked through the employee’s WeChat group.

The disturbing footage shows that employees, regardless of gender are being forced to drink water coming from the toilet as a reprimand to their poor job performance.

In the video, a male employee was seen filling a cup with filthy water from the toilet, later on he was seen placing the cup on his mouth forcing himself to drink it. A female employee was also seen doing the same horrible punishment.




Both of them was wearing their company ID while drinking water from the toilet which suggests that they are at work while doing it and they are willing to do everything to stay in the company.

Unfortunately, the female employee suffered from diarrhea after doing the punishment. All this led the authorities to arrest the person who recorded the video.

Meanwhile, the company’s manager insisted that the video was not taken in their office premises and was spread on social media only to motivate employees to work harder.
