Nowadays many people have been saying "I want to be thinner", "I want to be sexier" and they have been asking themselves "What should I do?" "Is there any way that I could achieve it fast?". Yes, there is a way to achieve this in just 6 months! Angel Rodriguez is a Facebook user who shared her secret on achieving her transformation. According to her, she went from 230 pounds to 180 pounds in 6 months.

How did she achieve this? Here are her methods:

She started off with her 6 days diet, and the other remaining 1 day is for her "cheat day", she recommended this for you to not be surprised of your sudden daily diet. But, be aware that when you say "cheat day" it doesn't mean eat as much as you want, it is better if you drink lots of water.

In those 6 months of her, she literally didn't eat rice and she focused herself more on veggies, fruits, and fish, even on her cheat days. She also said that she didn't take any kind of drugs/supplements.

And her the result of her hard work is truly remarkable.

Diet diet lang. kaso kung gusto mo talaga pumayat, tiis ganda ka talaga. lahat ng makakasama sayo iiwasan mo, mahirap talaga sa umpisa, pero kapag nasanay kana na wala ito, ayon na yon. hahahaha 6 months na ko nagdadiet. Bago ako magstart nagpunta muna kami ng vikings kasi kinabukasan food is not lyf na💔 So lahat ng gusto kong kainin kinain ko na at syempre mawawala ba ang RICE? syempre hindi. 😆 So after ng vikings nagstart na ako magdiet. First step ko is sa lunch isang cup ng rice and sa dinner is kalahati nalang tapos hanggang sa unti-unti ko ng tinanggal yung rice. Hirap magadjust bes pero LAVERNNN 😂 Nagstart na ako mag gym.

Ang gym routine ko palagi is 2hours cardio lang, hindi nagbabago, nagtry ako mag zumba kaso hindi ko feel 😂 Kaya nag focus ako sa cardio lang. Nung una nakakatamad kasi parang wala lang. Pero parang tinapik ako ng guardian angel ko na sayang naman lahat ng pinaghirapan ko kung hindi ko itutuloy. Tapos ayun unti-unti ko ng nakikita lahat ng pagbabago. So ngayon stop muna ko sa gym kasi nagaaral ako. Pero tuloy padin yung diet ko, Maintain nalang din sa katawan ko. Basta kapag tungtong ng 6pm wala na akong kinakain. Pero minsan kapag nagugutom ako nag crackers lang ako😊

TIPS:

Weekly, 6 days diet. Tapos 1 day cheat day para di kayo mabigla, (kahit walang gym) Pero bes wag naman lamon sa cheatday hahaha.😆 More on water po.😊
Sa mga nagtatanong po no rice po ako 6months na po nag more on veggies, fruits po and fish ako. Kahit cheat day ko po walang rice. At marami din nagtatanong kung may iniinom akong gamot. WALA PO! kasi bawal po ako uminom ng kung anu-anong gamot😊

Sa mga nagttry, Go lang mga besh! Tiyaga at tiis lang ang katapat neto kung gusto mo talagang pumayat ❤️ Ako din nahirapan sa una pero keri lang.😂 I'm not telling you that you should force yourself na magdiet. Love and accept yourself for who you are and what you are ❤️ I'm just sharing my experience and motivating others that are doing the same as I am. GO GUYS! POWER! 😂☝🏻
