A picture of a person with a disability (PWD) went viral. It can be seen in the picture that the PWD person is hanging at the back of a jeep in the province of Iloilo.
It is a top priority to make/give special treatment to a person who is disabled as a consideration to their current condition.
The citizens should consider their condition and give special treatment to them it is hard enough to have a disability so let us not make it harder for them.
Recently, Facebook user John Lourenze posted the photo of a PWD person hanging at the back of jeep saying that the driver and the passengers have no conscience and not one person noticed that the man hanging has a disability.
