Most Filipino love to eat street foods selling by street vendors in public places. Street foods were usually sold in a portable food cart, food booth or food stall.

But recently, a certain Facebook user named Warren Fraginal shared a video of how a street vendor from Recto, Manila prepares the "Gulaman" or "Palamig".

In the video, it can be seen the man was picking up the big ice cube on the floor and transferring it to the container without washing it.
