I would like to report an incident that happened Friday early morning Feb 9, 2018
Armando Yabut my cousin is a grab driver, his last passenger Jinno John P. Simon left his cell phone in his car, Armando only noticed the phone When he reached home in his Taytay Rizal residence, he immediately reported it to Grab office and ask to check and locate the owner of the phone since he didn't have his info. grab office gave Armandos no to Mr. Simon they exchanged text messages (we have it on record) Mr. Jinno was polite in this communication asking Armando if he could deliver the phone right away? Armando replied if he could deliver the phone later that day since it's after midnight already, but Mr. Jinno said it's important and an emergency and he even offered to pay 1000 pesos. but Armando said he didn't have to pay him since it's part of the service to return what's accidentally left by passengers.
in short and in good Faith Armando drove to Kamuning quezon city to Mr. Jinno Address When he reached the address and delivered the Phone at around 2 am Mr. Jinno beat up Armando badly making his ears and eyes bled, Armando beg for his life when Mr Jinno grabbed his throat to the street and yelled to his neighbours "magnanakaw to!"
Armando tried to explain again and again Mr. Jinno realized he made a mistake he said "pasensya na" and Armando said "but you beat me up I will report this to the authority"
Mr. Jinno then called a police and the police took them to the baranggay, Mr. Jinno went back to his old story of Armando being a thief, the baranggay never gave Armando a chance to explain and was immediately on Mr. Jinnos side. they intimidated him by saying "mas grabe mangyayari sayu sa loob ng kulungan pag hindi ka pa umamin "
"umamin ka na lang para matapos na ito"
they forced him to sign and then they let him go at 5am friday Feb 9 2018. and that's the only time we knew of his I'll faith that morning! we took him to the hospital and went back to Kamuning police station since we only have 24 hours to file our complains. We will be able to get his medical results by tomorrow.
BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP TO AIR THIS PLEASE! AS MR. JINNO CLAIMS HE IS WELL CONNECTED IN KAMUNING.
Now he is seeking justice because he didn't do something wrong for him to deserve this and many netizens felt his grief that triggered them to make comments. Let's read some of the netizens comments.
