Bangs Garcia Shares Her Photo Of Post-Partum Body On Instagram

Maternity and also subsequently bring to life is a fantastic point. Sadly, society has these insane criteria that females should be able to get back in shape a couple of months after our kid's birth.

Though we praise females that have actually accomplished this, actually, this is an actually tough task to achieve.

Society reduced brand-new moms to abstract bodies, awaiting them to recuperate into shape as well as evaluating them if they don't.

As a result of this, numerous females feel ashamed about their postpartum bodies.

A couple of months ago, Valerie "Bangs" Garcia revealed her pregnancy by uploading some photos of her baby bump on social media sites. As well as on December 5, Garcia ultimately brought to life a gorgeous baby lady, Amelia.

She shared..

It’s been 7 weeks now since I had my emergency C-section. I can’t believe I finally had the first ever surgery of my life!!! I really am the type of person who is against surgeries that’s why I tried my best to have a normal delivery but I didn’t have any choice.... I was a little upset in the beginning, I was only 8cm dilated and we waited for 6 more hours for me to become fully dilated but it just never happened that’s why I was in labor for almost 2 days! I also had a little infection after surgery so we had to stay in the hospital for 4 more days. Phew! Oh well, it was definitely ALL worth it though! And good thing the doctors did a great job on my bikini cut, low enough for me to still be able to wear a bikini, indeed.Thank God I have a very supportive husband who stayed with me all throughout my struggles. I kind of missed my family though when I was at the hospital, I would have loved to have my Mama go through all of those with me too, such a shame Philippines is too far away from UK.. Anyway, I can’t wait to fully recover from my C-section so I could go hit the gym already!!! I’m becoming impatient now. lol! Thanks to those tight high waisted panties that I’ve been wearing to help me support my tummy whilst my uterus is still getting back to its original size. I couldn’t believe how much a woman’s tummy could stretch soooo much to fit in a baby, it’s so amazing how it could look so flabby right after giving birth and then it would get smaller and smaller everyday like as if getting sucked in. I guess breastfeeding helps too. When I’m finally allowed to workout, my goal is to get my body in a much better shape than before I got pregnant. Good luck to me!
