After the alleged rape case against Tawag ng Tanghalan’s first grand champion Noven Belleza, one person came out and took to social media to revealed what really happened.
Recently, ABS-CBN’s “Tawag ng Tanghalan” singing competition grand champion Noven Belleza was arrested in Cebu for allegedly raping his fellow entertainer.
The singer who went viral on the internet because of his amazing renditions of Air Supply songs was charged by the Mabolo Police with rape before the Office of the Cebu City Prosecutor.
According to source, Cebu City Assistant Prosecutor Ma. Theresa Casiño, who perused the evidence presented to her, ruled that the proper case to be filed in court against Belleza should be sexual assault.
After being released, the side of the victim shared the real story behind the rape case that allegedly committed by Noven Belleza.

It’s Showtime is not yet releasing any statement about the charges faced by Belleza as of writing.
Belleza’s lawyer, Atty. Leilani Villarino said they opted to waive their right for a preliminary investigation; saying they will just answer everything during the court trial.
“We will answer everything during court trials. What is important now is he will be able to post bail. For now, he enjoys the presumption of innocence,” the lawyer said.
