Find a comfortable place to do this exercise and lie flat on your back. Place your hands on your stomach at the base of the rib cage. Next is to close your eyes and then breath through your nose while counting to 5 then hold your breath for 2 seconds then slowly breath out to a count of 5. Repeat this steps about 9-10 times per session and do this exercise 2-3 times a day.
