It is that time of the year where almost all the people would want to get their summer body and hit the beach. However, there's one big problem they don't how to achieve their summer body even if they tried various routines they don't seem to work.

Good thing that this Pinay woman shared her secret on how she achieved her summer body just by drinking lots of water.


Losing some weight is not an easy task, people often change their lifestyle in order to get that body goal from dieting to exercising.



Facebook user Luchie shared her amazing method on how to lose weight without changing her lifestyle that much. She lost a lot of weight just by drinking lots of water.





Fortunately, she shared what she did step by step and it all was meant to help others to achieve their goals.

1. GUYS INOM TUBIG BEFORE MUKAON ATLEAST TWO GLASSES. LUBUS LUBUSIN MO NA SIZST PARA DI NA KAAYO KA GUTOMON HAHAHAHA!
2. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IF GUTOMON KA, INOM GIHAPON TUBIG WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINS. TRICK NA SYA BES AFTER 10 MINS KUNG GUTOMON GIHAPON KA, AW GIGUTOM JUD KA ANA PERO KUNG DI, MEANING GIUHAW RA KA 😂
3. GUYS MAS MAAYO SAGOLAN NINYO LEMON INYO TUBIG PARA DETOX2x SAD KUNUHAY BA HAHAHAHA. BITAW OI MAS NINDOT SAGOLAN LEMON MAS EFFECTIVE 😊
4. KUNG DI MO LUD ANON BES SAGOLI GINGER BES EFFECTIVE POD NA SYA PAMPANIWANG.
And for those who are asking kung ga work out ba ko, the answer is NO. And wa pod ko ni attempt kay mao nay makadako if undangan siszst!
And also, sa mga nangutana if mag rice pa ba ko, YEEEES oi DMD najud na kalami ra e hab2x ah! Hahahahaha.
PS. Ga try2x diay ko anang mag diet2x kunuhay and I even jog before (last year) wa epek man nako oi hahahaha kani ra jud ni talab ba 😂
And naay ni msg nako na ila na gi try pero bloated daw hahahahaa yes in ana jud na pag first maka adjust ra ka and sge ka pangihi 😂
Translation 😂 :
1. Drink at least two glasses of water before meal.
2. Drink water every time you're hungry. Wait for 10 mins, if you're still hungry by that time it means you're indeed hungry. Otherwise it just meant you're thirsty. It's a mind trick our body sometimes play.
3. It would be better if you put some lemon in your water to detoxify your body. I think it's more effective that way.
4.if you can, try adding ginger on the mix. It's truly effective too.
I tried a lot of food diet programs and i also jogged but they just don't work on me. This is the only method that works for me.
There were a few who messaged me that they tried this way of losing weight but they felt bloated. I felt the same waybwhen i started but eventually i felt good.
You'll find yourself going to the rest room multiple times but you and your body will adjust and you'll see the results in no time.
