The female who is riding a motorcycle with her alleged boyfriend was originally charged for not wearing a helmet.
15minutes later, the enforcers caught them again and the girl is still not wearing a helmet.
The woman becomes abusive after thinking that one of the enforcers is laughing at her.
The girl in the video receive criticisms and many negative comments from netizens because of her rudeness towards the MMDA personnel.

In the video, it can be seen the man who wearing a spiderman costume was not wearing his helmet and using it as bag or basket like what Chezka Bautista did in the viral video.
