In the Philippines, so many people experience cyberbullying and online harassment every day. According to Nobullying.com, the Philippines is Number 4 in the world in looking up cyberbullying online, which, it says, shows that has become an issue.

Recently, the young actress Kathryn Bernardo posted a photo on her Instagram account with a written caption on it that indicated, "Being called names is painful. But one good thing about pain is it teaches you something. It teaches you that you are more than hurtful words and labels. You are more than the flaws that people see. You are more than their victim. Choose to stand up against cyberbullying and BE MORE!"

In her message, she encouraged her followers to own who they are.

This message came after a video of Xander Ford went viral on social media. The video shows Marlou Arizala was caught saying negative words against to the young actress Kathryn Bernardo.
