Take an empty shampoo bottle then mix baking soda and water in a ratio of 1:3.
When you have a long hair you must adjust the quantity depending on the length of your hair, so if you have a long hair, mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 9 tablespoons of water.
Then, you can apply it on dry or wet hair, from the roots to the hair ends, and leave it to act for 1-3 minutes. Then, rinse it off with warm water.
Next, rinse the hair once more using apple cider vinegar. Mix 1 part of it with 4 parts of water. You can add some essential oil to improve the smell. Tilt the head backward in order to prevent apple cider vinegar from getting into the eyes. Tilt the head back and rinse the hair once again.
Prepare the apple cider vinegar (ACV) in advance and keep it in a bottle in your bathroom in order to use it whenever you need it.
